COMPENSATION

Base Salary: $120,000 $130,000

Annual quality and productivity bonus structure

Student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000

Relocation assistance available up to $10,000

SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday schedule

8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Outpatient-only practice setting

ROLE

Provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric services to patients of all ages

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental health conditions

Manage psychiatric medications and ongoing treatment plans

Coordinate care using Electronic Health Records (EHR)

Collaborate with multidisciplinary behavioral health teams to support holistic patient care

Maintain continuity of care and long-term behavioral health outcomes

Requirements

Master's or Doctoral degree from accredited PMHNP program REQUIRED

Clear and active Pennsylvania PMHNP license REQUIRED

Current DEA license REQUIRED

Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) REQUIRED

Comfortable treating patients of all ages REQUIRED

Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
