Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves. Responsibilities Deliver a world-class customer experience and surpass individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans. Embrace the store culture with passion for the brand, serving as an extraordinary brand ambassador. Create unforgettable shopping moments by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty. Foster loyal fans by authentically engaging and building lasting connections beyond transactions. Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand operation. Be flexible with a schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with fewer scheduled hours and increased availability during peak times. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements You are a results-oriented seller with the ability to demonstrate care in written and verbal communication. You can charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels of the organization. You are at least 18 years old and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is part of the excitement; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds may be required, with timely arrival to work. Flexible schedule ranging from approximately 4 hours per month during slower periods to about 12 hours per week during peak seasons. Reliable support and willingness to step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
