Senior Systems Software Engineer

Focusing on scaling AI infrastructure, the full-time Senior Systems Software Engineer will lead performance and scalability analysis of Kubernetes-based systems, contribute to architectural changes, and collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize AI workloads, with options for remote work. Key responsibilities Lead performance and scalability analysis across the Kubernetes accelerated runtime stack, addressing issues from orchestration to hardware Design and implement architectural changes to the Kubernetes control plane for reliable operation at hyperscale Collaborate with researchers and developers to create automated workload tests and integrate performance testing into CI/CD workflows Required qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, preferably in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science 5+ years of experience in computer architecture, networking, and accelerator-based platforms Expertise in Kubernetes and familiarity with the CNCF ecosystem Deep experience with large-scale distributed systems and performance optimization of AI workloads Proficiency in Golang and/or Python
