Upholsterer

WorkSource is seeking an Upholsterer who will play a key role in producing and maintaining specialized medical furniture and equipment. In this position, your attention to detail and upholstery expertise will be vital to ensuring the comfort, quality, and safety of our healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and fit fabric, padding, and other materials to create and repair upholstered products
  Operate sewing machines, staple guns, and other specialized tools to assemble and finish upholstered items
• Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality standards and adherence to specifications
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient and safe operations

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in upholstery or a related manufacturing role
• Proficient in the use of upholstery tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications
• Excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
