Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this attorney will provide legal counsel on project planning, design, construction, operation, financing, acquisition and disposition.Responsibilities:Project Planning, Design, Construction and OperationDraft, negotiate, and manage project development agreements such as Engineering, Procurement and Construction agreements (EPC), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), vendor agreements, and related contracts.Identify and manage legal risks across the development timeline.Project FinanceSupport project finance transactions, including construction financing, term loan facilities, and related credit agreements.
