Orkin is the #1 name in pest control, and were growing. Were looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative / B2B Account Manager to develop new business in a local territory and help commercial clients protect their facilities.

This is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role with uncapped earning potential, commission consistency, strong training, and long-term career growth.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary + recurring commission
- Ramp-up period
- Progressive sales commission: 1216%
- Production commission: 10%
Realistic first-year earnings: $60,000$90,000+

Preferred Background

1-3+ years of outside sales or B2B sales experience with a track record of success
Experience in facility services, route sales, construction services, uniforms, waste services, or similar industries is a plus
Comfortable using CRM software
Strong follow-up, organization, and communication skills
No-degree required, Associates preferred

Physical & Licensing Requirements

Ability to safely use ladders and access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to obtain and maintain required state licensing
Must pass background check and drug screening
Must live within the designated territory (or nearby) - Cheyenne, WY
