Shop Assistant

Shop Assistant Location: Eastland, TX Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Ability to maintain consistent attendance and productivity standards Responsibilities Perform general workshop and production support duties Measure and cut parts to required specifications using a tape measure Handle and move materials safely throughout the work areaAssist with fabrication, assembly, and other shop‑related tasks as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE, including steel toe boots Support daily production goals and complete assigned tasks efficiently Benefits Solid Weekly Pay – Direct deposit or payment card, your choice.
