And it’s your chance to really shine and contribute to one of the world’s most recognized brands and a beacon for engineering excellence.Position Summary:As a Quality Engineer, you will provide technical support to the business in order to achieve and drive effective operational control, compliance and continuous improvement.What you will be doing: Working directly with manufacturing operations entities to ensure inspections, process control analyses and audits are conducted on a continuing basis as specified to enforce requirements and meet specificationsInvestigating customer escapes and performs 8D/7Step problem solving analysis to prevent recurrenceDeveloping, maintaining and ensuring compliance with quality assurance programs, policies, processes and proceduresWorking with customers to define and investigate customer disruption issues.Developing programs to ensure the performance and quality of products conform to established standards, specifications and agency guidelinesProviding expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, procedures, regulatory/governmental regulations and agency guidelines to assure complianceBasic Requirements:Associate degree with 4+ years of Engineering, Quality or Manufacturing experience, ORBachelor’s degree with 2+ years of Engineering, Quality or Manufacturing experience, ORMaster’s degree, ORJD/PhD, OR6+ years of Engineering, Quality or Manufacturing experienceIn order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent ResidentPreferred Requirements:Green Belt certifiedSAP experience8D problem solving experienceRoot Cause and Corrective Action experiencePower Bi experienceMental & Physical Requirements: Lift 50bsPass vision testOur vision is to ensure that the quality and dynamism that shaped our history continues into our future.
