Manager, Corporate Tax Services

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Corporate Tax Services. for a highly skilled and motivated Manager for our Audit and Advisory Services team. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing income tax provisions pursuant to ASC 740, providing tax provision and tax compliance services for a diverse range of corporate clients, and leading a team of tax professionals. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $130,000 to $180,000 per year.

• Deliver high-quality tax provision and compliance services to a variety of corporate clients, ranging from start-up ventures to Fortune 500 multi-national businesses.
  
  
• Serve as the primary client service contact for a portfolio of clients; proactively recognize opportunities to provide additional services.
  
  
• Manage the delivery of accounting services to ensure technical accuracy and high-quality work product within budgetary and time constraints.
  
  
• Lead and manage teams of tax professionals; participate in the mentoring and development of team members; be actively involved in team recruiting, training, and retention.
  
  
• Review the work of Associates and Seniors before submission to Partners for top-level review.
  
  

• Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality tax services.
  
  
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, mentoring, and development.
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Ability to stay current with tax law changes and industry trends.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  
  
• 5+ years of experience in corporate tax services, with a focus on ASC 740.
