Lawn and Garden Delivery Driver/Clean-Up

We're looking for a dependable, safety-minded L&G Delivery Driver/Clean-Up to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll safely deliver agricultural and lawn & garden equipment, maintain an organized and professional dealership appearance, and support daily operations. What You'll Do:

• Safely deliver lawn & garden and agricultural equipment to customers and between dealership locations.
• Load and unload equipment for deliveries and transfers.
• Wash, clean, and prepare equipment for display and customer delivery.
• Organize and maintain the sales lot, including tracking equipment transfers.
• Perform grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and snow removal.
• Operate and maintain dealership vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety policies and accurately document time and materials used.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

• General knowledge of agricultural equipment operation.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 pounds and climb on large agricultural equipment.
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Must maintain a good driving record in compliance with company Motor Vehicle Records criteria throughout employment.
• Forklift certification or experience is preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must pass a DOT physical and renew certification annually as a condition of continued employment.

Pay Information:

The hourly pay range for this position is $17 to $22. This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base hourly wage for this role. Based on factor such as geographic location and candidate qualifications, actual base pay is determined when an employment offer is made.

In Season Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm, Saturday 7am-12pm (rotation)
Off Season/Winter Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm
*In Season Hours may be extended during peak seasons (planting, harvest, or any other peak selling season) to meet the needs of the store. Extended Hours are determined by the needs of the store and subject to change. *
*Off season hours are from November-March. Start and end date to winter hours is dependent on year and subject to change. *
