The Vice President of Marketing is a senior executive leader responsible for driving revenue growth, brand positioning, and database development for a high-profile casino property. This role oversees all marketing verticals including player development, database marketing, digital, advertising, promotions, and strategic partnerships, with a strong focus on measurable ROI and market share growth.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive casino marketing leadership experience, with executive-level oversight
- Proven success driving gaming revenue, player acquisition, and database growth in a competitive market
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large marketing budgets and performance-driven strategies
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase gaming revenue, market share, and brand visibility
- Lead cross-functional teams across player development, digital marketing, advertising, and promotions
- Analyze performance metrics, optimize spend, and align marketing initiatives with overall property financial goals
