Sales Operations Administrator
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support the scaling of systems and processes for the Enterprise Sales organization, the full-time remote Sales Operations Administrator will partner with senior leadership to optimize sales motions, lead cross-functional programs, and develop operational metrics that enhance sales outcomes. Key responsibilities Partner with Sales Leadership to optimize processes that drive annual contract value, retention, and expansion Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on improving sales workflows through process redesign and analytics-driven enhancements Develop operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and collaborate with teams to implement solutions Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations within a fast-paced SaaS environment Proven ability to drive improvements in sales workflows through project management Advanced proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.com, along with familiarity with sales tech stack tools Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or engineering; MBA is optional Strong organizational skills and experience in leading complex projects from strategy through execution
