StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8 Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00

This facility is seeking a Hematology-Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. 

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 8a-5pm - Monday, Tuesday & Thursday - Site is flexible on the 3 days, please list the 3 days your provider can cover
• Practice Setting: Community Outpatient Clinic 
• Type of cases and required procedures: Managing existing hematology and oncology patients for a physician who is 
• Average patients per day: 20-23
• Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC, Beacon
• Certifications required: Board Certified Required and Basic Life Support
• Licensure required: Must have active Washington license or active compact letter
