The HR Business Partner supports and develops current and future leadership, exercising creativity, latitude, and expertise across HR disciplines to drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.Responsibilities:Put safety first – Always!Lead and foster our "people first" culture.Engage with key stakeholders to understand business needs and create executable solutionsAdvise staff on personnel issues and implement objectives with minimal directionLead investigations and recommend appropriate actions in partnership with managementAssist with performance management and link outcomes to development initiativesMaintain accurate documentation and records related to employee investigations, actions, and concernsProvide employee relations support including performance improvement plans, mediation, and developmentAnalyze data from exit interviews, performance reviews, and surveys to drive engagement initiativesMaintain accurate information with the HIRS system and generate reporting (turnover, absenteeism, overtime, etc.) to drive data-informed decisions.Partner with operations leaders to identify high-potential employeesSupport recruiting and administer compensation and benefits programs as neededHandle complex HR issues and escalate only the most critical mattersMay act as a lead or first-level supervisorOther duties as assignedJob Location: Fernley, Nevada, United StatesPosition Type: Full-Time/RegularExperience: We are looking for leaders with a Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and 4+ years in an HR generalist or HRBP role with focus on employee relations and development.Salary: Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually.Benefits & Perks:Time Off: We'll give you paid holidays and paid vacation.Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Choose from a variety of options.
