A Day in the Life We are seeking a committed professional to join our team as an EP Mapping Specialist. The position is remote but requires residing within the territory and traveling to multiple accounts. A valid driver’s license is essential. Cardiac Ablation Solutions offers cardiac mapping and ablation solutions to treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms. Our vision is to advance innovation for the diagnosis and ablation of cardiac arrhythmias, enabling clinicians to perform procedures with superior outcomes. In this dynamic role, you’ll work alongside a collaborative team of clinicians, engineers, physicians, and innovators to execute solutions for cardiac and other electrophysiological systems. By blending technical expertise with a passion for improving patient outcomes, you’ll have the opportunity to impact global healthcare directly. Responsibilities Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products. Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures. Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures. Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business. Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities. Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products. Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region. Serve as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service and support. Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology. Required Qualifications High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 10 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation. Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation. Bachelor degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation. Preferred Qualifications B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with minimum of four years work experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinic or sales. Proven track record with technical training assignments. Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support. Additional Job Requirements Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation. Must be within assigned territory each day and available for unscheduled needs. Occasional travel outside assigned territory and possible overnight stays. Must be able to drive approximately 25–50% of the time within assigned territory and may require overnight travel. Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy. Ability to freely move throughout the facility, use a phone, keyboard and mouse, visually interact with personal computers. Must be able to stand/sit/walk for 8 hours a day. U.S. Work Authorization & Sponsorship Roles below the Principal level require candidates to possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment. Benefits & Compensation Base salary: $145,000.00 – $155,000.00 (U.S. excluding Puerto Rico). The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on experience, certification, education, market conditions, and location. Eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) providing opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding goals.
