Responsibilities: Manage vehicle work with corporate office Provide customer service Collect on unpaid rentals using a computer with business applications Enter new customer reservations Enter new rental contracts on the corporate website Complete rental contracts on the corporate website upon vehicle return Inspect vehicles before rental and upon return Review logs and coordinate vehicle maintenance based on the corporate schedule Qualifications: Experience driving vans up to 26-foot box trucks; local driving, customer service, or related fields. CDL is a plus but not required. Clean driving record Ability to handle physical workload Computer proficiency Detail-oriented Ability to meet deadlines Multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written) Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus Experience with Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word) Experience with Gmail Ability to follow directions Days & Hours: The office is open 7 days a week from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm.
