This is an exciting opportunity to join an established global brand during a period of continued growth and expansion in the United States.Lead Full-Cycle RecruitmentLead full-cycle recruitment across multiple states, covering roles from frontline hourly staff to management-level positions within retail, distribution, and customer service – identify strong talent, support workforce growth, and develop a sustainable pipeline.What You Will Do:Lead a fast-paced, full-cycle recruitment process for US-based roles, ensuring every hiring moment feels seamless, thoughtful and true to the brandSource and use a mix of creative sourcing approaches to attract brilliant people who naturally embody our values, from direct outreach and market mapping to networking and employee referralsReview resumes and applications, hold initial phone/video screens with candidates, and coordinate closely with hiring managers on scheduling interviews and outcomesExtend approved offers to candidates and initiate onboarding processes to ensure a friendly, organized and hassle-free experience for candidatesBring fresh thinking to how we show up in the talent market, constantly exploring new and imaginative ways to connect with exceptional candidatesConduct market research and benchmarking to recommend pay rates and salary ranges; Ensure salary alignment with industry standards, location, internal pay equity, and internal budgetsStay one step ahead of hiring needs by spotting upcoming vacancies, understanding internal moves and prompting hiring managers when action is neededPartner with hiring managers to create and refine job descriptions that accurately reflect role responsibilities and required qualificationsChampion our unique culture and brand ethos, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to make sure US strategies are aligned and every touchpoint reflects the spirit of BodenMaintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment activity in the applicant tracking systemEstablish and recommend interview assessments that ensure a consistent, fair approach, and support hiring managers in making well-informed decisionsTrack and interpret key recruitment metrics to help understand and refine processesBuild strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers across the business, offering commercially minded, solutions-focused support at every stageEducate and coach hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor, on interviewing techniques, evaluation criteria, and decision-making to improve hiring outcomes and support equitable hiring decisionsPartner closely with People Team to stay aligned and work collaboratively across all talent needsSupport in nurturing relationships with agencies, universities and job boards to keep a thriving talent pipelinePartner with HR to refine and enhance onboarding documents and processes to ensure consistent, positive, on-brand experience for new employeesEnsure compliance with applicable employment laws relevant to each location throughout the hiring processOther duties as assignedRequirements2+ years' experience in full-cycle recruitmentDemonstrated recruitment experience in retail strongly preferred, with warehouse and contact center recruitment experience also preferredDomestic travel required including overnight and/or multi-day tripsExperience using an applicant tracking system (ATS), and a range of recruitment methods, from interviewing to running assessment activitiesExcellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized with ability to accurately handle multiple priorities and keep things moving in a busy, fast-paced setting with excellent attention to detail and accuracyProficiency using computers and Microsoft Office programsFriendly and professional interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidential informationOur BehaviorsAt Boden, how we work matters just as much as what we deliver.
