Job Posting

Responsible for the analysis of inpatient and outpatient records in Cerner Millennium for compliance with documentation requirements according to Medical Staff by-laws, DNV/ISO and DOH standards. Assigns deficiencies to providers in Cerner Millennium. Responsible for prepping, scanning, quality control and validation of inpatient and outpatient paper medical records into Cerner Millennium.

Qualifications

Work requires a High School diploma or equivalent and less than one year of previous work-related experience plus three to six months of on-the-job training and orientation. Proficiency of Microsoft Office preferred. Work requires communication skills needed to frequently answer telephone calls and work with multiple interruptions and still sustain positive communication.

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The salary range does not include incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.

About the Team

St. Joseph's University Medical Center is an academic tertiary care medical center and state designated trauma center, located on the Paterson campus, regularly accepts referrals of difficult or unusual cases from other hospitals and physicians and performs both complex and routine procedures.
