Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,179 per week

Job Overview Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Montgomery, Texas. The assignment begins 05/17/2026 and lasts 13 weeks. The position is full‑time, 40 hours per week, with 8‑hour shifts on weekdays. Responsibilities Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a mixed‑age caseload, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Treat orthopedic and sports rehabilitation cases such as spine care, total joint replacement, elbow and hip rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, and OrthoBiologics. Collaborate with occupational therapists and other staff in a team of approximately 4 PTs, 5 PTAs, and 4–5 therapy technicians. Maintain a caseload of 12–14 patients per day during an 8‑hour workday. Adhere to standard clinic schedules (Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM–2:00 PM) with shift flexibility. Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Texas Physical Therapy license (required to start assignment). BLS certification from AHA or ARC (may be required). Experience or comfort treating a mixed‑age outpatient caseload, including pediatric (ages 8‑9) through geriatric (ages 80‑90). Demonstrated experience or interest in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, including spine care, total joint replacement, elbow and hip rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, and OrthoBiologics preferred. Open to new graduates; clinical experience or strong academic preparation in outpatient orthopedics preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Outpatient clinic. Shift: Days (8‑hour or 10‑hour; typical times 8‑5, 9‑6, or 10‑7). Workweek: 40 hours per week. Caseload: 12–14 patients per day with an 8‑hour workday. Team composition: 4 PTs (mix of part‑time and full‑time), 5 PTAs, 4–5 therapy technicians. Scheduling flexibility available; options to work four weekdays plus other configurations based on clinic needs. Location Highlights Montgomery, TX offers access to regional outdoor recreation.
