Paraprofessional Position

Holliston High School is searching for a few amazing paraprofessionals to join our staff in the new school year! Opening day for staff is August 24, 2026. As a paraprofessional, you won't just be filling a role—you'll be a crucial anchor in our students' educational journeys. Whether you're supporting classroom learning, delivering special education services, or working one-on-one to help a student thrive, your work directly impacts lives every single day.

The paraprofessional position is a full-time, benefits eligible position (6.5 hours per day). School instructional hours: 8:15 am-3:03 pm.

Public school employees of Massachusetts are required to submit their fingerprints to a national criminal database check. In addition to the national background check, a satisfactory Massachusetts criminal record check (CORI) is required.

Holliston High School is a comprehensive high school focused on partnering with students to provide a very wide range of opportunities to demonstrate their interests, knowledge and skills. Over the last three years our students, faculty, parents/guardians, and community members have worked hard to create a vision of the graduate that supports student-centered instructional practices and fosters student ownership over their learning.
