Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Rehab Services team. This position primarily focuses on evaluating and treating patients admitted to the hospital with a strong rehab mindset. The successful candidate will work closely with patients to develop and implement effective treatment plans, emphasizing rehabilitation and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.
• Implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with the nursing and therapy team members to enhance patient outcomes.
• Provide therapy services in a large rehab gym and outdoor settings.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a valid state license to practice occupational therapy.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
