Responsibilities Travel to customer homes, businesses, and fleet locations to perform scheduled maintenance and light repair services Perform oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, recalls, software updates, and other approved mobile services Complete multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings Diagnose routine vehicle concerns and determine when repairs require dealership service Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional communication and service Maintain inventory, tools, equipment, and cleanliness of the mobile service vehicle Follow all manufacturer repair procedures and dealership safety standards Work independently while staying connected with the dealership service team Qualifications Previous automotive technician experience required ASE certifications, GM certifications, or OEM training are a plus Strong diagnostic and mechanical abilities Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a daily route Comfortable using tablets, repair software, and digital inspection tools Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical automotive repair duties Must be authorized to work in the United States Why Join Shottenkirk Chevrolet Buick GMC Fort Madison?
