Required Skills:

• Active Urology medical license in New Mexico
• Proven experience in clinic and surgical procedures related to Urology
• Excellent clinical judgment and patient management skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team
• Clean professional background with no recent disciplinary actions

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in locum or temporary assignments
• Familiarity with hospital or clinic electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification or eligibility in Urology
• Minimum of 2 years practicing Urology, preferably in outpatient and surgical settings
• Current and active medical license in New Mexico

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start as early as November or December 2025
• Willingness to commit to at least one week per month, with two weeks preferred
• No weekend or on-call duties required
• Ability to provide clinic and surgical coverage Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Must maintain compliance with all relevant licensure, certification, and hospital privileges
• Additional reimbursements available for travel, licensure, and certifications as applicable
