Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Post Partum/Mom Baby Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 - 19:15 Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Must have Mother Baby experience Description: The role is for a registered nurse in the postpartum and mother-baby specialty. Responsibilities include caring for patients in a mother-baby unit with a focus on couplet care. The unit has 34 private couplet rooms and utilizes various equipment such as Alaris pumps and bilirubin blankets/lights. The patient ratios are typically 1:3-4 couplets, ensuring personalized care. Candidates should possess experience caring for patients on magnesium sulfate post-delivery. The ideal candidate should be a team player and enjoy teaching. Weekends are required, but there are no call shifts. This position is a contractor replacement.
