Summary Job title: Administrative Assistant Department: Brevard - CED Description Summary: We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who has great attention to detail, great customer service skills, works fast paced and has the skills to complete the job functions listed below. Reports to: PC Manager Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience and competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of general accounting principles
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform administrative tasks for PC Manager and Team.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Ability to operate ten-key calculator.
• Ability to write letters and numbers legibly.
• Math skills that include calculating percentages, decimals (.1, .01. .001) and discount multipliers.
• Ability to answer telephones and provide courteous, prompt and efficient service to clients and vendors.
• Ability to meet specific daily deadlines with possible frequent interruptions.
• Ability to work at a computer workstation for an extended period of time (up to 8 hours a day).
• Ability to follow written instructions.
• Ability to effectively proof documents for errors and proper completion.
