H Motors, Inc. is looking to add a Vehicle Dispatcher to our team! If you are self-motivated and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, this may be the job for you. Candidates applying for this position should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

 

H Motors, Inc. is a family-owned logistics company headquartered in Jacksonville, FL. We specialize in vehicle exports from every major port in the United States to various destinations worldwide.

 

As a Vehicle Dispatcher, you will assist the other dispatchers on our team with all tasks related to the dispatch process, such as:

 

· Maintain communication with external vendors, which includes speaking to car carriers as well as auto auctions

· Coordinate with the car carriers and auto auctions to ensure all vehicles are picked up in a timely manner

· Effectively communicate with our other offices to ensure all vehicles are delivered and processed in a timely manner

 

Other tasks with this job include:

 

· File all relevant dispatch paperwork

· Follow up with the auto auctions to ensure all titles and keys are picked up

· Follow up with the other offices to ensure each vehicle is delivered

· Process payments for vehicle delivery to car carriers

 

You will be expected to:

 

· Answer multiple calls at a time

· Manage multiple tasks simultaneously

· Communicate well

· Work under pressure

· Prioritize and plan your daily tasks

 

The ideal candidate should have the following, but it is not required:

 

· Experience with Central Dispatch

· Experience with QuickBooks

This job is based out of Jacksonville, Florida and, if selected, will be required to work out of our office M-F. Our working hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
