Culinary Prep Specialist

Your primary responsibility will be to create unforgettable experiences for our guests through our exceptional prime steaks, finest seafood, and innovative plant-based dishes that consistently impress! As a Culinary Prep Specialist, you will oversee the proper storage of products in the walk-in cooler and freezer, ensuring dry storage is also well-organized. You will prepare and prep food within a lively and fast-paced environment, collaborating effectively with the team. Duties may include maintaining the dishwasher station and assisting with various kitchen tasks, all while adhering to industry-leading standards for food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation.
