Behavioral Health Consultant

Pay: Base Salary $95,000 * Sign-on Incentive Available * $5,000 after 30 days $5,000 after 6 months $5,000 after 12 months 3-year commitment and repayment to be pro-rated. Essential Functions: Will support the care team in identifying and behaviorally intervening with patients to improve their physical health condition Will assist individuals in improving their health status and managing chronic illnesses. will assist with medication adherence, treatment plan adherence, self-management support and goal setting, and facilitate group classes. Interventions for individuals with behavioral health problems. Coaching sessions Skills Abilities: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with co-workers and patients. Ability to complete competency CPR and First Aid Ability to prioritize and compete multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective oral and written communication skills. Working Conditions: Possible exposure to inside environmental conditions. Exposure to distressed patients, families, or visitors. Physical Demands: Requires standing, sitting or walking for up to 8 hours or longer per day. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Qualifications: LCSW, LMSW, LPC's: LMFT, Clinical Psychologists and/or individuals working towards certification and are currently in clinical supervision. #J-18808-Ljbffr
