Once they are trained on startup, they will be moved to 5am-3:30pm.Pay Rate: $31.00 -$33.00 per hoursPerforms corrective maintenance and emergency maintenance on food packaging/processing equipment to maximize machine up-timeCompletion of scheduled preventative maintenance and work orders assigned to increase asset lifeTroubleshoot and resolve minor equipment mechanical/electrical issuesRebuild pumps, mills, gearboxes and other miscellaneous mechanical entitiesUtilize plant systems to generate work requests, track hours worked and initiate purchasing requestsAssists Production Machine Operators in troubleshooting equipment problemsTrain Machine operators with up to date information to increase skill level within departmentPerforms all work in accordance with established HACCP and OSHA policies. (FSMA) and associated preventive controlsOther duties as assignedIndustrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications:Must have 3+ years in industrial maintenance experienceAble to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram and schedule formAble to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram formWorking knowledge of electronic and electrical concepts and operating safety and basic understanding of mechanical applicationsDemonstrated ability to use hand and power tools commonly used in electrical, electronic, and mechanical tradesApplicant may be subject to a background check*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
