Evening Residential Counselor - Recovery & Group Therapy

WellPower is seeking Residential Counselors to support adults with severe mental illness in a Denver residential setting. You will serve on a multi-disciplinary team, provide psychotherapy, facilitate group sessions, and manage intakes and discharges to promote recovery. Responsibilities include coordinating care, ensuring safety, documenting interactions, and advocating for residents within the community.
