Job Duties:
- Perform maintenance functions for rental units, offices and residential areas
- General maintenance and repair of building structures, electrical and plumbing
- Interior / exterior painting
- Lawn maintenance
- Debris removal
- Transport / install stove, refrigerator, dishwasher etc
- Load / unload trucks, move supplies and materials
- Work cooperatively with coworkers
Requirements:
- Reliable vehicle
- Attention to detail
- Clear communication
- Valid Driver's License
- 1 year related experience
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical and structural components
- Able to perform physical labor and operate tools
Starting Pay: $22 per hour
Job Location: Hickam Air Force Base (near airport)
** WEEKLY PAY ** Health Insurance and Paid Holidays available **
** $200 Referral Bonus (w/ 80hrs worked) **** Every 1,560hrs worked you will receive 40hrs BONUS pay **
