Key Responsibilities: Implementation of Behavior Plans: Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA to address specific behavioral goals of clients. Data Collection and Analysis: Accurately record data on client behavior during sessions to track progress and outcomes of interventions. Behavioral Support: Provide direct support to clients during scheduled sessions, utilizing positive reinforcement and other approved behavior modification techniques. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in the implementation of behavior plans and discuss client progress. Documentation: Maintain thorough and organized documentation of client progress, behavior incidents, and any changes in behavior plans. Certifications: CPR/BLS Certification: Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. RBT Certification: Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is preferred or the willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe. Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges is preferred.
