Area 57 Crb en Sunny Isles, FL está buscando un(a) preparación de cocina para unirse a nuestro equipo de 24 personas. Estamos ubicados en 16850 Collins Ave #102. Nuestro candidato ideal es atento, motivado y confiable.

Responsibilities
-Asegura que la estación de preparación y la cocina estén configuradas y abastecidas antes del servicio.
-Prepara los elementos del menú en cooperación con el equipo de cocina.
-Garantiza que todos los platos se preparen de manera oportuna reabasteciendo los ingredientes en la estación de trabajo y cumpliendo con los tiempos de preparación para una entrega sin problemas.
-Trabajar eficientemente con los miembros del equipo de cocina y cumplir con los procedimientos de la empresa y las normas de seguridad alimentaria.
-Debe ser capaz de levantar cajas pesadas (al menos 50 libras).
-Capacidad para caminar, pararse y agacharse durante largos períodos de tiempo en varios pisos. -Ocasionalmente se requiere arrodillarse, agacharse, agacharse y trepar.
-Disponible para trabajar fines de semana, noches y días festivos según lo dicte el negocio.
-Conocimiento de los procedimientos de seguridad en el trabajo. Experiencia:
- Se prefiere experiencia previa en hospitalidad de alto volumen
- Habilidades básicas con el cuchillo
-Mantener las areas de trabajo limpias y organizadas.
