Electrical Service Manager

We are partnering with a well-established industrial electrical contractor in the Atlanta area to recruit an experienced Electrical Service Manager . This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor with a strong pipeline of industrial work, an outstanding safety culture, and a reputation for delivering high-quality electrical solutions. The successful candidate will lead the Service Division, overseeing technicians, managing customer relationships, driving operational performance, and helping grow the service business across the region. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the Electrical Service Department. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Service Technicians and Electricians. Coordinate scheduling, manpower, and emergency service response. Build and maintain long-term relationships with industrial and commercial clients. Prepare estimates, proposals, and quotations for service work. Monitor project performance, costs, and profitability. Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards. Support business development by identifying opportunities for maintenance agreements and additional service work. Work closely with senior leadership to drive operational excellence and continued growth. What We’re Looking For 7+ years’ experience within industrial electrical contracting. Previous experience managing a service department or electrical field operations. Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, power distribution, troubleshooting, and controls. Experience estimating service work and managing budgets. Proven leadership and people management skills. Excellent customer-facing communication and relationship-building abilities. Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices. Valid driver’s license.
