Senior Supply Chain Program ManagerLocation: Sunnyvale, CA - 3 days in office Model: Hybrid Job Type: Full timeRole Summary: We need a senior program manager to drive the operational and cross-functional side of customer's supply chain risk intelligence program. You'll manage workstreams, chase inputs from stakeholders across sourcing, materials planning, and engineering, and ensure our data systems stay accurate and actionable. This is a connector role. You'll sit between the technical build and the business stakeholders, making sure the right data gets in, the right people take action on outputs, and nothing falls through the cracks.What You'll Do:Program Stakeholder Management: Drive cross-functional coordination across sourcing pillar leads, MPMs (Materials Program Managers), commodity managers, and manufacturing intelligence teamsOwn project timelines, status tracking, and escalation paths for risk intelligence initiativesManage stakeholder intake — collect, validate, and reconcile supplier/component data inputs from multiple teamsFacilitate regular reviews and translate technical findings into actionable business decisionsTrack and drive completion of data validation tasks across distributed teamsIdentify and unblock dependencies before they become blockersData Analytics: Validate and cleanse internal BOM/MPN/supplier data — identify gaps, flag inconsistencies, drive resolution with data ownersBuild and maintain reports and analytics that communicate supply risk to non-technical stakeholdersDefine data quality standards and ongoing governance processesSupport tool and dashboard requirements by translating business needs into clear specs for the XFN teamRequired Skills:5+ years in program management, business operations, supply chain analytics, or a hybrid PM/analyst roleProven ability to drive XFN workstreams, coordinate across multiple teams, chase inputs, unblock dependenciesStrong stakeholder management, comfortable pushing senior leads for deliverables and decisionsData-literate, proficient in SQL, comfortable with data analysis, can QA datasets and build reportsExperience with data validation and governance workflowsExcellent at structured communication, status updates, escalations, decision docsSelf-directed, thrives with ambiguity and can define process where none existsNice to Have:Supply chain, procurement, or hardware operations backgroundFamiliarity with BOM management, AVL processes, or component sourcingExperience with project management tools and techniquesComfort with AI tools and Python for data manipulation or light automationUnderstanding of electronic component markets and lifecycle dynamicsExperience at Meta or in large-scale hardware/infrastructure organizationsWorking Style:High-touch, you're in stakeholder chats daily, keeping things movingMetrics-driven, you track progress with data, not vibesClose partnership with the XFN teams and BizOps leadsAutonomous, you don't wait to be told what needs unblockingComfortable context-switching between strategic conversations and tactical follow-upsSalary: Fulltime: The pay range for this role is US*** - US*** per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. *** also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law).
