Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Chandler, AZ

\n $250,000 - $350,000 Base salary + incentives

\n Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population  
\n

\n

\n
• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans  
\n

\n

\n
• Promote health education and disease prevention  
\n

\n

\n
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions  
\n

\n

\n
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care  
\n

\n

\n
• Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts  
\n

\n

\n
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care 
\n

\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• One year of experience as Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician is preferred  
\n

\n

\n
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine  
\n

\n

\n
• Active Arizona Medical License  
\n

\n

\n
• Comfortable using new technology and software  
\n

\n

\n
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment 
\n
