Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Four days 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and one day 8:00 AM–1:00 PM | Department closed on holidays and weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services across both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address functional deficits
• Deliver therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' daily living and functional independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and progress
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
• NBCOT certification required or eligible
• Ability to work effectively in both inpatient and outpatient environments
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a combined inpatient and outpatient therapy setting
• Familiarity with a broad patient population across varying acuity levels
• Ability to work independently in a smaller or rural facility environment
