Qualifications/Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Illinois
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience (Pre-K–12) strongly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in Pre-K–12
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to achieve student goals
• Document intervention progress and maintain compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
