Construction Technician

Pierce Leasing, a family-owned business with nearly a century of service in Montana, is seeking a dedicated Construction Technician to join our team. As a Construction Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and preparing our fleet of mobile offices and storage containers for customer use. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to work both at our facility and occasionally at customer sites, ensuring our units meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities

• Repair and prepare mobile office and storage units for customer use
• Inspect and repair roofs, vents, rain gutters, and J-channels
• Repair or replace siding, windows, screens, doors, and locksets
• Repair or replace interior walls, ceilings, and trim
• Maintain and repair interior and exterior fixtures
• Perform interior and exterior painting as needed
• Manage utility hook-up and disconnect for units
• Remove and replace steps as required
• Handle scrap and garbage removal and disposal
• Inspect and repair trailer lights
• Verify registration and license plates
• Re-pack wheel bearings and check or replace tires
• Travel occasionally to customer sites for setup and repairs
