HR Manager - USABB

We're seeking a strategic HR Manager to serve as the primary HR leader for USABlueBook, a division of HD Supply Facilities Maintenance and the leading supplier of MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) products for the water and wastewater industry.This role will provide multi-site support across distribution and corporate functions while partnering closely with business leaders to drive talent initiatives, employee relations, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.Preferred Qualifications5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager.Proven ability to influence, coach, and advise leaders on employee relations, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.Experience supporting both hourly and salaried associate populations.Strong expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.Ability to work independently and manage HR priorities across multiple locations and business functions.Experience utilizing HRIS and workforce management systems (Workday, Kronos, UKG)Job SummaryImplement HR programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, associate relations, and learning. Collects and analyzes HR data and makes recommendations to management. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.Education and ExperienceTypically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
