Mechanic - Maintenance TechnicianLocation: NorthshoreJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $17 per hour plus - Depending on ExperienceHours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays 7:00 - 12:00Job Description:Are you an experienced Mechanic looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks including oil changes, filter changes, replacing lights and batteries.Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance tasks on gasoline and diesel vehicles and equipmentSmall engine maintenance and repairsChange oil and filters as neededReplace lights and batteriesDiagnose and repair minor mechanical issuesMaintain a clean and organized work areaAdhere to safety protocols and regulationsRequirements:Proven experience as a Mechanic or similar roleSome knowledge of gasoline and diesel engines and maintenance proceduresAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent troubleshooting skillsValid driver's license and clean driving recordMust be able to pass criminal background checkMust be able to pass drug screenSmoke free environment
