HR Generalist

As our HR Generalist, you\'ll be a key point of contact for employees across our business units, supporting everything from recruiting and onboarding to benefits, payroll, employee relations, and HR compliance. This is a hands-on role for someone who\'s thorough, personable, and comfortable wearing a lot of hats. What You\'ll Do Coordinate full-cycle recruiting, including posting roles, screening candidates, scheduling interviews Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth start for every new employee Manage day-to-day HR processes in Isolved HCM, including employee records, benefits enrollment, and payroll support Assist with payroll processing, including timekeeping review, data entry, and resolving pay discrepancies Support administration of compensation and benefits programs Serve as a point of contact for employee relations questions, documenting and escalating issues as appropriate Maintain accurate, confidential HR documentation and personnel files Help ensure HR practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws Support HR-related projects and initiatives across EN\'s business units What We\'re Looking For Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist, coordinator, or related support role Hands-on experience with Isolved HCM strongly preferred - you\'ll be using it daily for HR, benefits, and payroll functions Working knowledge of HR practices and applicable federal and state employment laws Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels High degree of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, splitting time between our Albuquerque office and remote work Why Join EN You\'ll join a team that genuinely cares about doing right by its people and its industry.
