Most importantly, our employees are part of a team that makes a real difference in the communities we live and work in.**Job Summary:**A licensed clinical professional is responsible for providing comprehensive behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families, primarily in a school-based setting, with potential service delivery in an outpatient clinical office setting. Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, and the delivery of evidence-based interventions to help clients manage symptoms, develop coping skills, improve functioning, and enhance overall well-being. The ideal candidate is a licensed clinician experienced in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care, with a strong commitment to ethical, client-centered practice. Success in this role requires effective collaboration with school personnel, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and support positive student outcomes.**Responsibilities:**# **Essential Functions**Clinical Services (65%)* Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments (as pertinent to care model) and determine appropriate levels of care. + Assess for risk of harm to self or others* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.* Provide psychotherapy and counseling services utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.* Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.* Collaborate with other healthcare providers and/or stakeholders to ensure holistic and integrated care.* Crisis Intervention + Respond to mental health crises and provide immediate support. + De-escalate crises and promote safety. + Facilitate and deliver critical incident response services and offer psychoeducation as requested + Connect clients with appropriate resources and services.Documentation (30%)* Maintain accurate, timely and confidential client records including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.Administrative Duties (5%)* Maintain productivity standards as required by program management* Participate in staff meetings and training* Assist with program development and evaluation.* Invest in regular networking with stakeholders and/or the community to promote the program and services, answer questions and ensure referrals.* Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure efficient operations.Other Job Duties as Assigned**Schedule:**Full time. Flexible day schedule at school site: 7:00am to 3:30pm, 7:30am to 4:00pm.
