Manufacturing Planner

Terra Sonic International is a rapidly growing company specializing in the sonic drilling industry. We are seeking a Manufacturing Production Planner to support our Assembly, Fabrication, and Machining teams. This role is responsible for production planning, scheduling, ERP management, project coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives that support manufacturing performance and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain production schedules for drill rigs, tooling, sonic accessories, sonic heads, and repair operations. Collaborate with manufacturing leaders to balance production capacity and customer demand. Monitor production status and communicate updates throughout the organization. Evaluate manufacturing workloads and coordinate activities across Assembly, Fabrication, and Machining. Work closely with Purchasing to ensure materials and outside services are available to support production schedules. Quote manufacturing lead times for customer inquiries. Lead manufacturing projects ranging from process improvements to product redesign initiatives. Monitor ERP work order costs and analyze labor, material, overhead, and outside service performance. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and waste reduction. Utilize Lean and Six Sigma principles to improve manufacturing operations. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, manufacturing coordination, or project management. Experience using ERP systems within a manufacturing environment Associate's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience. APICS CPIM certification, or willingness to obtain certification, preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
