Commercial Banking Professional Required skills and experience: 3+ years of experience in banking, treasury management, commercial client service, or related financial services roles. Understanding of commercial deposit products, cash management solutions, and business banking services. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience using Microsoft Office and client relationship or banking platforms. Job Description: A large commercial banking client is seeking a client-focused banking professional to serve as a key contact for commercial clients throughout the relationship lifecycle. This individual will coordinate onboarding activities, address service requests, and partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for commercial banking clients and relationship managers. Guide clients through account setup, treasury implementation, and ongoing service needs. Coordinate with operations, treasury, and product teams to ensure timely resolution of requests. Monitor client inquiries and research issues through to completion. Build strong internal partnerships to support client satisfaction and retention. Identify opportunities to introduce additional banking products and services when appropriate. Escalate complex issues and advocate for clients to ensure successful outcomes. Maintain a high level of responsiveness, accuracy, and professionalism.
