This contract opportunity welcomes both SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFY), offering full-time hours (37.5 per week) from ASAP through May 28, 2027. What We’re Looking For:

• Active Illinois SLP license or eligibility; open to SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Eagerness to work with diverse student populations
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth
• School-based experience a plus, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs and state/federal guidelines
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Participate in monthly meetings, roundtable discussions, and improvement initiatives
• Engage in annual performance reviews and regular 1:1 check-ins with leadership
