Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Experience in a skilled nursing facility.

Assignment Details

Dress code is black scrubs. Therapist must be present in the building during scheduled hours. Therapist must follow CRG P & P. Productivity requirement is 92%.
