About the Role:

TALIN HOME HEALTHCARE LLC is looking for compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurses to join our growing team in Northern Virginia! This is a rewarding opportunity to provide one-on-one, personalized care to patients in the comfort of their own homes, making a real difference in their lives every single day.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct, one-on-one private duty nursing care to patients in home settings across Northern Virginia

Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the patient's physician

Monitor and document patient health status, vital signs, and changes in condition

Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in coordination with the healthcare team

Educate patients and family members on care procedures, medications, and health management

Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records

Requirements:

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Virginia in good standing

Previous home health, private duty, or clinical nursing experience a preferred

Current CPR/BLS certification required

Experience with Aloraplus is additional bonus

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes throughout Northern Virginia (NOVA)

Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
