Community Association Manager

Role Description The C ommunity Association Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Boise, ID . This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of a community association, including implementing board policies, overseeing vendors and contracts, and coordinating maintenance and facility operations. The Community Association Manager will prepare and manage operating and reserve budgets, monitor financial reports, and support the board in meeting preparation, agenda development, and minute-taking. The role also involves frequent interaction with residents, responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and promoting community standards and engagement. The Community Association Manager will collaborate with lifestyle, maintenance, and corporate teams to support events, communications, and initiatives that strengthen community connections. Qualifications Leadership Experience : Three or more years of onsite community management (HOA) or similar experience (hospitality, parks and recreation, city government), with a strong operational and financial background. Education : Bachelor’s degree, designations, or certifications in a related field (highly preferred). CAM license required upon hire in Florida, Nevada, and Georgia (within 90 days of hire in all other states).
