Store Manager

Job Summary A dynamic leader who reflects the company's ethos around people, processes, operations and brand advocacy. Responsible for personal sales, store sales goals, leading a team, managing operations, delivering an exceptional customer experience and implementing strategies to achieve revenue goals. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team to achieve and exceed store goals. Drive store performance through active selling, coaching in the moment, and leading by example on the showroom floor. Create a culture focused on exceptional customer experiences, accountability and results. Recruit, train, and develop talent to build a strong and engaged team. Ensure operational excellence, including merchandising standards, inventory management, and overall showroom presentation. Partner with leadership to execute business strategies and drive continued store growth. Provide guidance, training, and support to sales teams to improve sales techniques and overall performance. Achieve or surpass store and annual operating benchmarks, evaluate team performance, objectives, and behaviors. Model highest standards for customer expectations and teach established sales and design processes. Sustain store profitability by maintaining profit and loss statements, financial metrics and margins. Champion product knowledge and company brand strategy, aligning merchandising, pricing and product flow with company standards. Host regular meetings, ensure proper execution of systems and administrative procedures, and collaborate with support teams to achieve operational excellence. Plan and execute sales promotions and events and other projects as needed to improve market presence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3-5 years in retail with a business unit focused on sales. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and financial understanding. Strong interpersonal communication, analytical abilities, goal orientation, team management, and customer service skills. Experience managing a retail team, focus on sales, profit and loss, and business acumen. Advanced communication skills and relationship building. Ability to work schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays. Compensation Base Pay: $70,304 per year. Uncapped commission on written sales – 1 – 6% in commissions on monthly sales based on achievement. Monthly bonus opportunity up to $1,500 based on store sales goal achievement.
